Germany - Magdeburg to Minden

Quite large tour boats travel along Minden's Weser River and also along the Mittelland Canal that crosses the Weser River using two aqueducts. They run the boat tours only in the summer. This river runs all the way up to the North Sea and once had plenty of salmon in it but pollution killed them all off years ago.
